Young Professionals Programme
The Young Professionals Programme (YPP) is a 12-month immersive programme for exceptional African graduates and early-career professionals passionate about climate solutions. Fellows work directly with SSA's team on real programmes and projects, helping build Africa's next generation of climate-finance practitioners and leaders.
